Alice Lebourg & Janique Bourget

12.07.2021 - 01.08.2021

Projet
The glass artist, Alice Lebourg seeks to sublimate glass and highlight its fragility, its preciousness and its delicacy.
The artist Janique Bourget creates paper sculptures, she is interested in the void as a vector of form, through its outlines.
One works volume by mass, the other by surface. Through their residency, they have created a series of researches around glass and paper, the boundaries between the visible and the invisible, questioning their transformations, their movements and their memories.

Janique Bourget
Trained in upholstery in 2010, then at the Beaux-Arts in 2012, Janique Bourget takes a sensitive look at materials and their applications. From sculpture to installation, each of her creations come to life thanks to a single material: paper, her material of choice. She offers works that are experienced before being understood.
