Situ\u00e9e dans l\u2019ancienne usine d\u2019embouteillage de la maison de cognac Martell, la Fondation est l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me cr\u00e9atif ou se m\u00ealent arts et culture, expositions et r\u00e9sidences, savoir-faire traditionnels et explorations num\u00e9riques, cr\u00e9ations visuelles et pratiques vivantes, \u0153uvres permanentes et \u00e9v\u00e9nements f\u00e9d\u00e9rateurs.<\/p>\n

Destination touristique et culturelle centrale en Nouvelle-Aquitaine et unique en
\nEurope, sa programmation innovante est accessible \u00e0 tous les publics curieux de partager des exp\u00e9riences in\u00e9dites et tourn\u00e9es vers l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n

D\u2019ambitieux travaux d\u2019am\u00e9nagement de l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent, initi\u00e9s par la Maison Martell ont d\u00e9marre en 2016. La r\u00e9ouverture du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e et du toit-terrasse au public a eu lieu \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2018 avant une ouverture progressive des \u00e9tages au fil de l\u2019avanc\u00e9e des travaux. La totalit\u00e9 des 6000 m2 du b\u00e2timent seront r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9s en 2022\/2023.<\/p>\n

Le rez-de-chauss\u00e9e abrite, outre la boutique de la Maison Martell, le hall d\u2019accueil servant \u00e9galement de boutique pour la Fondation ainsi qu\u2019une salle d\u2019exposition de 885
\nm2. D\u00e9di\u00e9e aux installations immersives, elle est r\u00e9invent\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e par des artistes invit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Le 1er \u00e9tage : les Ateliers au faire<\/strong><\/p>\n

Des ateliers de production, ou artistes et artisans en r\u00e9sidence travaillent ensemble ou s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, sont ouverts ponctuellement au public sur un plateau de ores de 1200 m2.
\nLe travail du bois, de la c\u00e9ramique, du verre, du papier ou du tissu redonne au b\u00e2timent sa capacit\u00e9 de production malgr\u00e9 la fin de sa vie industrielle.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Le 2e \u00e9tage<\/strong><\/p>\n

L\u2019univers num\u00e9rique, constitue de boites digitales et plurisensorielles entour\u00e9es de bulles de consultation command\u00e9es \u00e0 des cr\u00e9ateurs, favorisera le partage d\u2019exp\u00e9riences.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Le 3e \u00e9tage<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cet espace de convivialit\u00e9 et de r\u00e9ception sera \u00e9quipe de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 pouvoir accueillir des \u00e9v\u00e9nements avec traiteur et animations. Ses terrasses seront accessibles au public<\/p>\n

Le 4e \u00e9tage<\/strong><\/p>\n

A cet \u00e9tage, les bureaux sont con\u00e7us comme des espaces de travail ouverts et

La terrasse panoramique<\/strong><\/p>\n
