The Foundation is delighted to welcome artist Anatole Chartier for a two-month residency as part of a new partnership with EESI in Angoulême. His practice, which incorporates observation and interaction with natural elements such as the wind, will lead him to explore the potential of a local craftsmanship, wickerwork, to create a kite prototype offering an alternative to petrochemical materials typically used in the production of these lightweight and flexible structures. He will carry out his project in collaboration with local artisans.
